2018 - same story in the Drive for 2.5%

Norman is still treading water … and the Norman Forward fiscal situation with it. Here are the tax
numbers from January (collected in November) and February (collected in December).

We would need NFST receipts to grow at 6.95% over the next 4 months in order to make our
projected benchmark of 2.5% growth in FYE18 - it is safe to say that this will not happen.

And the growth benchmarks go up to 4.25% for each Fiscal Year starting in FYE19. Given that the
spending for NF projects is front-loaded
we need to be planning for revenue shortfalls now.
